Meet James Williams, Founder and Head Teacher
James Williams is the founder and head teacher of BumbleB English. An MBA-educated professional with 20+ years in Japan, he brings a rare combination of teaching experience, international business insight, and real-world communication skills to every lesson.
He teaches students attending international schools in Japan and abroad, as well as local Japanese schools. He has taught dozens of returnee students, families preparing for life abroad, and professionals developing English skills for global careers. Students work with the same teacher each lesson, allowing James to understand their goals, track their progress, and give consistent, personalized support.
